Brief Summary

Aprior permission will be obtained regarding the ethical issue from the collegefor conducting the study. The subjects will be considered for the study afterscreening as per the demands of inclusion and exclusion criteria. An informedconsent will be obtained from the subjects by explaining the study objectives,methods, intervention and all the rights of the subject pertaining to the studyboth orally and in writing. The participants will undergo  the supervised training of kapalbhatipranayama and Chandra anuloma viloma pranayama prior to the study. They weredirected to sit in an easy and steady posture either in a lotus posture i.e.,Padmasana or a comfortable sitting posture i.e., Sukhasana) with the head, neckand trunk erect and in a straight line and keep the body still during practiceof pranayama in a calm and quiet room.

Inclusion Criteria

No other systemic diseases No underlined cognitive disorder Willing to participate in the trial by signing an informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

• Subjects with health problems like cognitive impairment, psychological disorders or any systemic ailments will be excluded Individual consuming alcohol and nicotine.
• Pregnancy and lactation.
• People under any medications.
• People who aged more than 27 years and under 18 years.
