1. Married females of age between 20 - 40 years
2.Patient with complaints of thick curdy white discharge per vaginum ( yonigata pandu picchil srava) , itching in vulva and vagina( yoni kandu).
3.Diagnosed cases of Candida Vaginitis
1.Unmarried
2.Pregnant women
3.Patient suffering from any specific pathology of genital tract i.e benign or malignant tumor , tubo ovarian abscess , erosion of cx, acute PID
4.Patient suffering from systemic diseases.
5.Patient suffering from any diseases of external genital tract like boils , infected cyst, bartholin gland abscess
