- •1. Systemically healthy adults >=18 years old.
- •2. Full mouth gingival index (Loe & Silness, 1963) score <1
- •3. Full mouth plaque index (Silness & Loe, 1964) score <1
- •4. Atleast one maxillary or mandibular interdental space exhibiting class I or II or III interdental papilla using Nordland & Tarnow classification system, 1998
排除标准
- •1.Smokers and tobacco in any form.
- •2.Pregnancy & Lactation.
- •3.Medications known to increase gingival hyperplasia.
- •4.Periodontal surgery in the last 12 months on study teeth.
- •5.Carious lesions or fixed restorations on study teeth.
- •6.Inadequate Platelet count <2,00,000/mm3.
- •7.Patient not willing to give written informed consent form.
