Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Controlled case of diabetes mellitus
- •(hba1c \<6\&RBS \<180\)and hypertension
- •( \<150/90mmhg)
- •2\.Postsurgery or post mechanical trauma
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age below 18 years and Above 70 years
- •2\.Patients with impacted calculus in the urethra
- •3\.Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
- •4\.Neoplasm of lower urinary tract
- •5\.Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) reactive and hepatitis B surface antigen (HbsAg)
- •reactive patients will be excluded from the study
- •6\.Bladder outlet obstruction
