Inclusion Criteria
1.Controlled case of diabetes mellitus
(hba1c <6&RBS <180)and hypertension
( <150/90mmhg)
2.Postsurgery or post mechanical trauma
Exclusion Criteria
1.Age below 18 years and Above 70 years
2.Patients with impacted calculus in the urethra
3.Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
4.Neoplasm of lower urinary tract
5.Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) reactive and hepatitis B surface antigen (HbsAg)
reactive patients will be excluded from the study
6.Bladder outlet obstruction
