•3. Aged from 45 to 65 years;

•1. Aortic dissection, pulmonary embolism, primary cardiomyopathy;
•2. There were malignant tumors;
•3. Patients with severe infection, such as severe pulmonary infection;
•4. Patients with hematological diseases;
•5. Some diseases can cause hormone changes in the body, such as pituitary adenoma, Cushing's syndrome and adrenal adenoma Etc;
