1. Acute myocardial infarction group: those who met the diagnostic criteria of acute myocardial infarction and were diagnosed;
2. Non coronary heart disease group: no previous diagnosis of coronary heart disease
3. Aged from 45 to 65 years;
4. The place of origin and permanent residence is Beijing;
5. Those who voluntarily participated in the trial and signed the informed consent.
1. Aortic dissection, pulmonary embolism, primary cardiomyopathy;
2. There were malignant tumors;
3. Patients with severe infection, such as severe pulmonary infection;
4. Patients with hematological diseases;
5. Some diseases can cause hormone changes in the body, such as pituitary adenoma, Cushing's syndrome and adrenal adenoma Etc;
6. Taking antipsychotics or having a history of mental illness;
