Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients undergoing Non GI elective surgery
2. ASA I & I
3. Age: 18 â?? 60 years
4. Both male and female
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusal
Patient with a diagnosis of sepsis,shock
Inability to measure residual gastric volume
Pregnant females
Patientâ??s with GERD or upper abdominal GI surgeries
Diabetic patients
Previous GI surgeries
BMI > 35kg/ m2
