(1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria of Traditional Chinese and western medicine; (2) age = 18 years =65 years; (3) Insomnia was the chief complaint and the course of disease was more than 3 months; (4) Scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale (PSQI) were > 7, and scores of Overarousal Scale (HAS) were > 32; (5) Dissatisfaction with the quantity and/or quality of sleep causes significant distress and affects social and occupational functioning; (6) Have participated in other clinical studies in the past 3 months; (7) Can actively cooperate with the treatment and sign the informed consent.
(1) sleep disorders caused by organic diseases or drugs; (2) sleep disturbance secondary to mental diseases; (3) Patients with substance addiction or abuse (such as alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, sedatives, etc.); (4) Central nervous organic diseases or other serious physical diseases; (5) pregnant or lactating women; (6) those who cannot receive acupuncture treatment due to some factors; (7) Esazolam is forbidden or used with caution;
