入选标准
- •Healthy individuals; age range between 18 and 44 years old; women; willing to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •Severe pathologies of the spine; fibromyalgia; intellectual disability; inability to provide consistent information; practice of PM until 6 months before the study; pregnancy; puerperium up to 6 months; vestibular disorders that may interfere with balance; use of continuous medication for pain or inflammation; obesity greater than 30 kg / cm2; be conducting other fitness programs; practice of functional physical activity; neurological diseases; cardiovascular diseases; severe respiratory diseases; any other condition in which exercise is contraindicated; who do not agree to participate in the study.
