Inclusion Criteria
1.Who give informed consent.
2.Aged between 18 to 60 years of either sex.
3.American Society of Anaesthesiology (ASA) physical status Grade I and II
4.Scheduled for elective surgical procedure under general anaesthesia.
5.Score of 3 or more in STOP BANG questionnaire.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Pregnant, breast feeding women.
2.H/o Hepatic, renal or cardiac insufficiency.
3.Psychiatric disease.
4.ASA grade III & above.
5.Patients with previously diagnosed OSA and receiving CPAP as treatment priorly
