- 1)Parikartika (fissure in ano) is one of the most common disorder of Ano-rectal disease’s.Acharyasushrut has mentioned the cardinal symptom of parikartika(fissure in ano).

Aim of the study will be to give Ayurvedic Treatment to disease patient to improve his/her condition and we can give his/her cheap,safe side effect free management.The trail will be conducted on 60 patients for follow up 0,7,14,21 ,28 Days and doses of Yashtimadhu tail pichu twice in a day after Defecation for 4 weeks.

入选标准
- •Patients having classical features of Fissure-in-ano namely excruciating pain in anal region during and after defaecation, bleeding per rectum, constipation, burning sensation, presence of sphincter spasm and with a longitudinal ulcer in the anal region will be selected.
- •Acute solitary fissures will be included.
- •Age group of 20-60 years 4)Patients suffering from parikartika(fissure in ano) as per Ayurvedic classics will be selected.
排除标准
- •Patients suffering from any other Ano rectal diseases.
- •Patients suffering from systemic disorders like HTN, DM etc.
