Inclusion Criteria
Chronic Kidney Disease Patients- Non-Dialysis Dependent
< 10 g/dl after 3 months of adequate weight-based EPO Dosing
CKD Dialysis dependent patients on adequate dialysis i.e.2/3 times a week
Ferritin >100 ng/dl
T Sat >20%
Exclusion Criteria
Haematological Malignancy
Hemoglobinopathies
Active Bleeding
Sepsis or Septic Shock
HIV
Systemic Immunosupression Therapy
Pregnancy / Lactation
Severe Hyperparathyroidism ( Intact PTH >9 times normal )
