Patients scheduled foe elective surgeries under general anaesthesia
Mallampatti grade I and II
Exclusion Criteria
Patients refusal
ASA PS III and IV
Difficult bag and mask ventilation
Difficult intubation
Facial surgeries
BMI > 30
