Inclusion Criteria
Waist circumference greater than 94 cm
Blood triglycerides greater than 150 mg / dl
HDL blood less than 40 mg
Systolic blood pressure greater than 130 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure greater than 95 mmHg
Fasting blood glucose greater than 110 mg per liter
Exclusion Criteria
