- BMI: 19 - 35
- Right-handed
- Motivated to change their eating pattern, i.e.willing to spend the amount of time required by the training programs
- MRI contraindications
- (History of) clinically significant diseases
- (History of) signiificant neurological or psychiatric disorders
- Regular use of drugs and psychotropic medication
- Current strict dieting
- Experience with MBSR or MBCT course
- Food allergy to any ingredients used in the food rewards

Name Time Method <p>We will assess the difference in performance (i.e. error rates and reaction<br /><br>times) and brain activity and connectivity (using fMRI) in prefrontal cortex<br /><br>control (i.e. attentional bias to food-related words and negatively valenced<br /><br>words), and striatum (i.e. food and monetary reward cue responses) before<br /><br>versus after training, dependent on training type. </p><br>
