简要总结
Results of this study demonstrated that for people with stable heart failure aquatic exercise, delivered once per week was feasible in a clinical setting. This type of exercise training was shown to be equally effective for maintaining exercise capacity and grip strength when compared to traditional land-based exercise training for people with stable heart failure.
