Patients diagnosed with neuropathic pain such as Diabetic neuropathy, Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP), Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDPR), Post-herpetic neuralgia, Phantom limb pain, Cervical or lumbar radiculopathy, Neuropathic postoperative pain, Trigeminal neuralgia and atypical facial pain, Nerve impingement syndromes, Alcoholic polyneuropathy, AIDS polyneuropathy, Post-traumatic neuralgia (such as nerve root compression, post-thoracotomy), Spinal cord injury (SCI), Multiple sclerosis (MS), Stroke leading to central post-stroke pain (CPSP) and Cancer chemotherapy induced neuropathic pain who are admitted to the inpatient and outpatient departments.
Pregnant and lactating women as well as patients admitted due to psychiatric conditions such has anxiety, depression, PTSD, as well as patients admitted due to poisoning and accident cases were excluded from the study
