入选标准
- •Elective unilateral total hip arthroplasty due to osteoarthritis
- •Age from 18 to 65 years
- •Moves without assistive devices
- •BMI = 20-35.
排除标准
- •Refusal of the patient to participate in the study
- •The patient does not understand the essence of the study
- •Allergy to the medications included in the study
- •Addiction to opioid analgesics before surgery
- •Poorly compensated comorbidities
- •Blood coagulation disorders
- •After surgery, it is not possible to transfer the patient to the postoperative observation ward
- •Local complication during surgery
