Brief Summary

Aim of the study will be to give Ayurvedic treatment to diseased patients to improve his/her condition and we can give his/her cheap,safe side effect free management.The trail will be conducted on 30 patients for follow up 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15 days and local application on dushta vrana.

For 15 patients nimbadi taila will be given for local application for 15 days ,and eusol for another 15 patients for 15 days

Inclusion Criteria
  • 1)Both male and female.
  • 2)Between the age group of 12 to 80 yrs will be included in the study.
  • 3)Patients of dushtavrana with a minimum history of 3 weeks.
  • 4)Dushtavrana size 5x5 (LxL)cms.
    1. Selection is irrespective of religion, socio-economical status an occupation.
    1. Controlled diabetic patients.
Exclusion Criteria
  • 1 Patient not willing fortrial 2 Patient who need surgical and other inintervention.
  • 3 Anaemic patient Hb <10 gm 4 Malnourished patient (as per age ,height and weight proportion.) 5 Bleeding disorders (increased B.T and C.T) 6 Patient with septicemia 7 The patients suffering from systemic disease such as AIDS,Tuberculosis,Diabetes mellitus, Hepatitis-B, Malignancy, Vericose ulcer, Deep vein thrombosis,Arterial ulcer,Neurogenic ulcer, Leprosy, Pregnancy,Leukemia Acute and Chronic renal failure,Jaundice and cirrhosis of liver, etc..
  • 8 Any congenital diseases or abnormalities.

2-To evaluate and establish safer,cost-effective nimbaadi taila in the management of Dushta Vrana15 days(1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15 th days)
