1. Geriatrics in the age group 65-75 years (both genders)
2. Geriatrics having Mini Mental Scale Examination score in between 18-23 checked
used MMSE/ Hindi version of MMSE
3. Geriatrics having Berg Balance Score in between 20-40 checked by Berg Balance
Scale
4. Participants who are able to do basic addition and subtraction
1. Geriatrics with severe cognitive impairment conditions like Alzheimer’s, known
case of depression, psychiatric ailments etc
2. Geriatrics with past history of any neurological illness
3. Geriatrics with any musculoskeletal or systemic surgical history in past 6 months
4. Geriatrics with uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes etc
5. Previously completed cognitive training program in last 1 year
6. Self-reported presence of vertigo
7. Subjects with grade 4 dyspnoea (breathlessness on dressing and undressing) on
performing the protocols.
