Inclusion Criteria
Children less than 18 years who present with fever and/or respiratory symptoms with the following underlying conditions
All oncology children (solid tumors and hematological malignancies) who are undergoing chemotherapy/ radiotherapy or both
Immunocompromised children with benign hematological conditions
Primary immunodeficiency children
Post Bone marrow transplant patients.
Children whose family has given consent for participation in the study
Exclusion Criteria
Children whose family has not given consent for participation in the study
