1.History of consumption of any form of tobacco; bothsmoking (bidi, cigarette, cigar, hookah) and smokeless tobacco (khaini, chutki and others) in last 30 days.
2. Self motivated patients
3. 18 years of age and older
4. Patients expected to comply with the protocol
5. Patient willing to enroll in the study
6. Mentally sound patient
1. Patient not ready/willing to quit tobacco
2. Pregnant patient, lactating mother or planning to be pregnant
3. Drug abusers or any other substance abuse
4. Patient with any psychiatric disorder or undergoing any psychiatric treatment
5. Patients with terminal illness whose prognosis of survival is less than a year
6. Patient enrolled in similar other study
