Inclusion Criteria
Mature mandibular premolar teeth with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis, sufficient tooth structure for adequate isolation, Roots with fully formed apices, No history of previous endodontic therapy
Exclusion Criteria
Immunocompromised patients, pregnant females, Analgesic intake within past 3 days, Antibiotics intake in the last month, Periodontally compromised teeth, Previously accessed teeth, Teeth not suitable for rubber dam isolation, Calcified roots
