入选标准
- •Patients with chronic HF under stable clinical condition, aged over 20, can follow instructions without mental illness or hearing impairment.
排除标准
- •1. Have resistance training within the past six months.
- •2. Unable to perform squats due to degenerative joint arthritis.
- •3. Walk less than 30 minutes daily.
- •4. Have a history of venous thrombosis.
- •5. Peripheral neuropathy.
- •6. Severe peripheral arterial disease.
- •7. Impaired kidney function.
- •8. Severe hypertension.
- •9. Under dual antiplatelet therapy.
