Inclusion Criteria
1. Outdoor patients.
2. Patient having age between 20- 60 years.
3. Patient having symptoms of cough, irrespective of aetiology and other associated symptoms.
4. Hemodynamically stable patients.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Hospitalized patients.
2. Patient having age below 20 years and above 60 years.
3. Patient having non-productive Cough.
4. Cough associated with other than respiratory disorders like Bronchial carcinoma, Cardio vascular disorders like CCF, LVF, Haemoptysis, GERD, Severe renal/ Hepatic diseases, HIV.
5. Patients having major systemic disease which intervened the course of treatment.
6. Pregnant and lactating women.
