Brief Summary
Twenty-four sedentary obese females were allocated into twelve HICT BW training females or twelve non-training control females. HICTBW training females improved body composition compared with non-training at week- 8. Also, the markers of physical fitness and cardiovascular endurance significantly progressed over the course of the 8-week program. Whereas, no changes were observed in the non-training females.

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Female aged between 22\-30 years old
- •\-no resistance exercise or training for competition experience
- •\-had BMI value between 18\.5\-24\.9 kg/m2 for the normal\-weight group
- •\-had BMI value between 25\-30 kg/m2 for the overweight weight group
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Took the medicine about muscles and/or bone treatment
- •\-Took the supplement affected to muscles and/or bone mass
- •\-Had diagnosed with musculoskeletal system injury
- •\-Had factors affected to exercise; cardiovascular disease such as stroke, hypertension, heart disease.
