Inclusion Criteria

Age under 65 years old
Patients satisfaction
Middle to deep nasolabial wrinkles

Exclusion Criteria

Diabetic patients
Allergy to PRP gel
Patients with hematologic and coagulation problems
Smoking
Pregnancy
Use of Aspirin
Patients with defective immune system
