Inclusion Criteria
All adult patients admitted to Main ICU during the study duration will be enrolled on Day 1 of admission and samples of subglottic and tracheal secretions will be sent on Day 1, 4 and 7.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients without any invasive airway devices in situ.
Patients with history of upper airway disorders.
