Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with moderate to severe chronic generalised periodontitIs with pocket depth \<\=5mm.
  • •\-Systemically healthy patients.
  • •\-Patients who have not undergone periodontal treatment in past 3 months

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients on any anti\-inflammatory or antibiotics taken within the last 6 months which may alter the periodontal status.
  • •\-Chronic smokers and alcoholics.
  • •\-Pregnant and lactating females
