Inclusion Criteria

Men with Type 2 diabetes, aged between 30-60 years and who are willing to participate.

Exclusion Criteria

•Severe acute illness,

•Congestive Cardiac Failure,

•Chronic Kidney Disease,

•Chronic Liver Disease,

•Nervous system disorders: Parkinsonism, Multiple sclerosis, Intracranial Tumor, Spinal cord disease/trauma,

•Prostatic cancer,

•Testicular disease/trauma/torsion in the past,

•Pelvic, bladder or retroperitoneal surgery,

•Drug intake: Anti hypertensiveâ??s (beta-blocker, diuretics and central agents), Antidepressant, Antipsychotics, Antiandrogens, Antiepileptic, Ketoconazole, Digoxin, Cytotoxic agents.
