1. Patients between the 18 to 50 years of age
2. Chronic maxillary sinusitis symptoms like nasal obstruction , sneezing , post nasal drip are observed and included .
3. Patient with PNS water view x-ray showing haziness in maxillary sinusitis are included .
4. Those who are eligible for jala neti are included.
1.Patients having age below 18 years and more than 50 yrs.
2. Patient suffering from headache which is caused due to migrane ,tension .
3. Patient with chronic systemic illness cardiac disease, chronic kidney disease (Hypertension)
4. Patient with epistaxis.
5. Patient with cystic fibrosis and primary cilliary dysmotility, notable neurological disease, middle ear infection, tinnitus, vertigo.
6. Patient with structural defects i.e. DNS, synechai, choanal atresia , osteomeatal complex abnormalities.
7. Patient with neoplasma, retention cysts, antrochoanal and ethmoidal polyps.
