Inclusion Criteria
1. Scheduled for posterior lumbar spine fusion for 2 to 4 levels
2. Low to moderate risk for surgery
Exclusion Criteria
1. Pregnancy
2. Lactating
3. Previous lumbar spinal surgery
4. Allergic to drugs used in the study
5. History of peptic ulcer
6. Chronic kidney disease
7. Liver cirrhosis
