1. Patients aged between 25-60 years of both genders.
2. Patients with AC with duration of symptoms more than 3 months.
3. Patients who have a normative radiograph finding of the affected shoulder.
4. Moderate to severe pain (VAS > 50).
5. Limitation of both active and passive movements of the shoulder joint of 25% or more in 2 or more directions (abduction,flexion,external rotation,internal rotation).
1. Patients with secondary Adhesive Capsulitis (secondary to inflammatory joint disease, structural/functional limitations in the shoulder joint from any other pre-existing musculoskeletal pathology or neurologic disorder).
2. Patients who have previously undergone any Intra Articular injection/invasive procedure/surgery in the shoulder joints.
3. uncontrolled DM.
4. Poor cognitive status, who are unable to follow exercise program.

Name Time Method Visual Analog Scale (VAS) for Pain intensityTimepoint: At baseline (V0), 3 weeks (V1) after injection, 6 weeks (V2) <br/ ><br> after injection and 12 weeks (V3) after injection
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPADI) questionnaire, Active and Passive range of motion of the Shoulder using universal goniometer, WHO-QOL BREF questionnaire for assessment of change in Quality of life.Timepoint: at baseline, at 3 weeks, at 6 weeks and at 12 weeks after the intervention.
