Inclusion Criteria
1. Patient who diagnosed as small to large rotator cuff tear (From finding of MRI shoulder) Tear sized <5 cm
2. Ability to comply a rehabilitation program
3. Ability to cooperate with the interviewers
Exclusion Criteria
1. Massive rotator cuff tear
2. Teres minor tendon tear
3. Patient who cant tolerate sling, abduction pillow sling immobilization
4. Patient who cant perform intraoperative anatomical repair
