•1. Patients who meet the above KOA diagnostic criteria, the clinical stage is advanced, and the X-ray K/L grading is grade III or grade IV;
•2. Aged 65-80 years, no gender limit, obviously restricted in walking and going up and down stairs;
•3. Patients who have been ineffective in various conservative treatments for more than half a year, underwent TKA for the first time and were diagnosed with spleen deficiency syndrome after surgery;
•4. Those who are willing to accept the research and sign the informed consent for clinical research.

•1. Those with severe heart, brain, lung, kidney and other organic diseases, blood diseases and other systemic infectious diseases;
•2. Other inflammatory manifestations, such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and other chronic inflammatory diseases;
•3. Patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome and sepsis after operation;
