- •Patients with Acute Hypoxemic Respiratory failure, defined having more than 22 breaths per minute, P/F ratio less than 300.
排除标准
- •1. Acute Respiratory failure secondary to Asthma.
- •2. COPD exacerbation.
- •3. Cardiogenic Pulmonary edema.
- •4. Patients on high vasopressor support.
- •5. GCS less than 12.
- •6. Arrhythmias.
- •7. Recent nasal bleed.
- •8. CSF Rhinorrhea.
- •9. Patients with do not intubate order.
