Inclusion Criteria
INCLUSION CRITERIA FOR TONSILLECTOMY
1.Those who are experiencing obstructive problems
2.Recurrent tonsillitis.
3.Age 6-25 years
INCLUSION CRITERIA FOR ADENOIDECTOMY
1)age 6-12 years.
2)Children with sleep disordered breathing due to adenoids.
Exclusion Criteria
EXCLUSION CRITERIA for tonsillectomy
1 bleeding and clotting criteria
2 Patients who have been treated with antibiotics for throat infections during last three months.
EXCLUSION CRITERIA for adenoidectomy
1. submucous cleft
2.cleft lip.
3) Cleft palate.
4) Velopharyngeal insuffiency.
