Mechanical knee pain is a common condition affecting millions worldwide ,As people who neglecting the physical activity from their daily part , knee pain and related abnormalities are increasingly affecting individuals from young adulthood to older age group. In accordance with established knee rehabilitation protocols, exercises typically progress through phases focusing on strengthening the quadriceps, hamstrings  and calf muscles. However ,the crucial aspect of the core is missing out why? So this study corelate the analysis of abdominal and hip abductor strength with Q angle among mechanical knee pain patients .

入选标准

  • population with mechanical knee pain according to the KOOS score greater than 50 is included in this study.

排除标准

  • Individual with any history of spinal pathology or fracture Recent abdominal surgery within 1 year patients with Low back pain ( History of IVDP, Spinal canal stenosis ,spondylolisthesis ) other surgical history related to lower extremity like TKR THR MENISCAL TEAR ANKLE INJURES KOOS Score less than 50 pregnant women.

2.McGill Torso muscualr endurance test

时间窗: 30 minute

3.side lying hip abductor test

时间窗: 30 minute

4.Q angle measurement by universal goniometer

时间窗: 30 minute
