Inclusion Criteria
i.Malaysian
ii.Mothers with preschool children aged 3-4 years registered with KEMAS preschools in Petaling in 2020.
iii.Parent reported child’s screen time of more than 1 hour per day
iv.Parents who are willing to use WhatsApp as medium of interaction and fill up online questionnaires (google form).
Exclusion Criteria
i.Parents whose child has physical disability
ii.Parents who are currently participating in other study trials
