Study Overview
Brief Summary
The study aims to evaluate the effects of dynamic neuromuscular stabilization exercise on jumping ability speed and dribbling distance in basketball players Participant will undergo a 6 week dynamic neuromuscular stabilization based training program designed to improve core stability postural control and functional movement efficiency Measurement will be recorded at baseline and after 6 week of intervention
The primary outcome includes change in vertical jump performance sprinting speed and dribbling distance
The study will determine whether dynamic neuromuscular stabilization training and overall athletic performance in basketball player
