Inclusion Criteria
Patients suffering from common cold, presenting with features of Pratishyaya (Rhinitis) for 7-10days.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients suffering from common cold for more than 10days.
Patients with Chronic Allelrgic Rhinitis, Dushta Pratishyaya, Raktaja and Sannipataja Pratishyaya, Infectious diseases like T.B.
Patients suffering from Cleft palate, DNS and Nasal Polyps.
History of hypersensitivity to the trial drug or any of its ingredient.

Name Time Method 1. To determine the efficacy of Dhoopana (Polyherbal nasal fumigation) in reducing <br/ ><br>sign and symptoms of Pratishyaya (Rhinitis) over that of Polyherbal steam <br/ ><br>inhalation. <br/ ><br>2. Can be studied the duration of alleviation of TNSS (Total Nasal Symptom Score). <br/ ><br>3. To determine the efficacy of Dhoopana (Polyherbal nasal fumigation) in reduction <br/ ><br>of nasal obstruction in Modified cold spatula test. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: At baseline, 3rd day, 5th day and 7th day.
