(1) patients who met the criteria for diagnosis of mixed hemorrhoids in the guidelines for clinical diagnosis and treatment of hemorrhoids (2006 edition) and underwent external stripping and internal ligation (hemorrhoidectomy for stage III to IV hemorrhoids);
(2) aged 18 to 65 years;
(3) anus with normal structure and function;
(4) the patient conscious, cultural level can normal communication with medical staff to normal;
(5) able to cooperate with medical staff to successfully complete the visual analogue scale of pain score;
(6) patients signed the informed consent.
(1) pregnant or lactating woman;
(2) patients with severe circulatory system, nervous system, urinary system, digestive system, hematopoietic system and other diseases, and patients with psychological disorders;
(3) patients with other anorectal diseases, such as ulcerative rectal disease, malignant tumor, and severe anal infection;
(4) patients who have a history of drug abuse or painkiller abuse, or who received drug analgesia 10 hours before surgery;
(5) severe complications, severe allergic reactions, or serious adverse events;
(6) patients participating in clinical trials of other drugs;
(7) find out parts of the skin is not suitable for the operator.
