1) Patients giving written informed consent to participate in this study.
2) age between 20-year-old and 85-year-old
3) patients who underwent curative treatment using either surgical resection or local ablation for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with more than a-2-year period of NED (no evidence of disease)
4) patients who have a schedule of contrast-enhanced CT to detect secondary HCC
5) No claustrophobia
1) age below 20 or age over 85
2) patients with claustrophobia
3) patients with a cardiac pacemaker or cochlear implants
