Inclusion Criteria

Inclusion criteria

1.The edentulous ridge <=3 mm at crestal and middle sites of buccopalatal dimension of residual crestal bone and that requiring a lateral ridge augmentation for implant placement;

2.One to four missing teeth in maxillary anterior region.

3.Patients who are willing for implant therapy.

4.Patients in good systemic health and non contibutory medical history.

1.Local infections

2.Uncontrolled diabetes (glycosylated hemoglobin level >7 mg%);

3.A history of radiation therapy in the head or neck region;

4.Current antitumor chemotherapy;

5.Liver, blood, or kidney disease;

6.Immunosuppression;

7.Current corticosteroid use;

8.Pregnancy;

9.Inflammatory and autoimmune diseases of the oral cavity; and

10.Poor oral hygiene and motivation
