Inclusion Criteria
Children in the age group of 6-13 years with fully erupted bilateral first permanent molar teeth requiring fissure sealant due to high caries risk
Exclusion Criteria
Cases where one of the molar on either side is grossly carious or restored.
Uncooperative patients
Molar teeth with corresponding opposing tooth not present i.e. extracted or missing teeth on either side
Mentally and physically handicapped patients
