- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method We expect to find the incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction in men aged 50 to 70 years undergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy surgery. This will be obtained with the Montreal Cognitive Assessment test, which will indicate the presence of cognitive dysfunction if the participant scores less than 26 points in the second cognitive assessment. We will observe the incidence of cognitive dysfunction in the evaluated population and it is expected to obtain a value between 10 and 20% based on studies related to other major surgeries.
