Inclusion Criteria
The inclusion criteria in this study included: patients with coronary heart disease,; interested in Participating in the study, the ability to read and write, Residence in Shiraz.
Exclusion criteria included: participating in similar training courses, more than one session absence, having mental disorders (such as depression), having severe visual and hearing problems.
