Inclusion Criteria
adult patients over the age of 19 undergoing supratentorial brain tumor craniotomy
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who do not agree to participate in the study
Patients who are contraindicated to use mannitol or hypertonic saline
Patients with a history of craniotomy
Patients who are unable to complete consent papers on their own due to loss of consciousness
Patients undergoing emergency surgery
