Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Weight 10\-30 Kg.
  • •2\.ASA I\&II
  • •3\.MALLAMPATTI grading I \& II
  • •4\.Undergoing elective pediatric surgery with duration of 1\-2 Hrs.
  • •5\.Elective lower abdominal,urogenital and orthopedic surgeries.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients with recent upper respiratory tract symptoms
  • •2\.Patient with risk factor for difficult airway
  • •3\.Patient with any known pulmonary and cardiovascular diseases
  • •4\.Patient with increase risk of gastro esophageal regurgitation
