Inclusion Criteria
1.Weight 10-30 Kg.
2.ASA I&II
3.MALLAMPATTI grading I & II
4.Undergoing elective pediatric surgery with duration of 1-2 Hrs.
5.Elective lower abdominal,urogenital and orthopedic surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with recent upper respiratory tract symptoms
2.Patient with risk factor for difficult airway
3.Patient with any known pulmonary and cardiovascular diseases
4.Patient with increase risk of gastro esophageal regurgitation
