Inclusion Criteria

Inclusion criteria are: Lack of exercise training in one year ago; Maximum age of 60 years; Fast blood glucose more than 126 mg/d.
exclusion criteria are: Patients with Acute cardiovascular disease and Joint and bone diseases.
