Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Subjects with flat feet
- •\- Subjects with a score of 6 or higher as a result of measuring the foot posture index
- •\- Those who do not have musculoskeletal pain or neurological abnormalities in the lower extremities
- •\- Those who can participate in a lower extremity exercise program that supports body weight
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Subjects who have had lower extremity surgery experience
- •\- Subjects with neurological disorders
- •\- Subjects with hip and knee joint contractures
- •\- Those with skin diseases
